研究方向:林木抗逆基因工程育种

研究领域:

以我国东北地区重要用材树种和经济树种为研究对象,开展基因工程和细胞工程育种研究。其中开展柳树再生体系的建立及转基因研究,成功完成了旱柳转基因体系的建立及功能基因金属硫蛋白基因的转化,在世界上首次建立了柳树转基因体系,掌握关键技术,填补了柳树转基因的空白。
