研究领域

东北地区五针松种质资源收集与利用

红松(Pinus koraiensis)、西伯利亚红松(Pinus sibirica)与偃松(Pinus pumila)属松科松属植物,是东北林区特有的3种五针松,为东北林区生态,经济建设起到至关重要的作用。这三个种在形态、分布上既有共性,又有特异性,对这三个种之间的关系一直存在疑问和争议。本团队结合表型测定,转录组测序技术、SSR分子标记技术、cpDNA分子标记技术与简化基因组测序技术等方法,探讨各种内与种间遗传多样性,在构建不同种的核心种质资源的同时对各种的起源、进化及种间的关系进行分析,为东北林区五针松遗传改良策略的制定提供参考依据。

东北地区杨树良种选育与高效培育

以东北及内蒙半干旱地区青杨类杨树工业资源材良种选育与高效培育为目标,开展不同育种目标的良种选育技术研究,选育适地适树杨树良种;通过育苗基质筛选,水、肥、热调控等措施,提出杨树良种壮苗繁育技术;通过立地选择与控制、密度控制,水肥调控技术和林农配置措施,揭示培育措施与优良品系生长的内在联系;通过品系与培育措施配套进行评选,对良种和良法联合选择。
