代谢途径中最详细全面的模型;
杨树木质素生物合成代谢的蛋白质组学分析;
研究鉴定杨树木质素生物合成途径中蛋白质的相互作用;
利用杨树木进行遗传转化,研究植物细胞壁合成相关基因的功能;
植物P450 膜蛋白及半纤维素合成酶重组蛋白的合成及生化分析
植物可溶性蛋白及膜蛋白的重组及动力学活性分析。
