杨传平

杨传平男,汉族,19574月生,山东省夏津县人,19844月加入中国共产党,19747月参加工作,19801月于东北林学院林学系林业专业毕业。博士,教授,博士生导师,林木遗传育种学科带头人。
   1993
年获国务院政府特殊津贴,中国林学会梁希奖(第二届);1994年获国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家称号;1995年获黑龙江省优秀中青年专家称号;1996年获国家八五科技攻关先进个人奖;1999年被国家人事部批准为国家百千万人才工程一、二层次人选;1995年被林业部批准为林业部跨世纪学术带头人;2001年获国家九五科技攻关先进个人奖;2002年获中国林学会梁希奖(第四届)。先后获得国家科技进步二等奖3项,省部级科技进步一等奖3项、二等奖5项、三等奖5项,地市级科技进步奖7项。东北林业大学第一、二、三、四、五届学术名师获得者。2009年获国家教学名师奖和全国绿化奖章。2010年获全国生态建设突出贡献奖和全国优秀科技工作者荣誉称号。发表专著、论文200余部(篇)。在白桦的遗传改良和强化育种、主要针叶用材树种种源试验、林木基因工程等研究中取得了突出成就。科研成果在中国林业生产与实践中得到了应用和推广,并取得较大的经济及社会效益。

  杨传平教授同时担任中国遗传学会理事兼黑龙江省遗传学会副理事长;黑龙江省林学会副理事长兼学术委员会主任;东北内蒙古林区林木遗传育种研究会主任委员;国家林木良种审定委员会委员兼用材林专业委员会主任;中国林业教育学会副理事长兼学术委员会主任。
